Turbosmart's new Electronic Fuel Defender
(FDC3) has been put through its paces at Sydney's Nissan
performance specialists - Unique Auto Sports, and passed
with flying colours. With no increase in the boost pressure,
the guys at Unique were able to extract an extra 15kW
at the wheels from a twin turbo Nissan 300ZX, simply by
adjusting the air-fuel mixture after the fitment of the
FCD3. The chart on left shows where the extra power was
